Make/model: Olympus IX-83

Instrument description: The Olympus IX-83 microscope is equipped with 7 objectives (4X to 100X) and four fluorescence filter sets. The system uses a high speed, high sensitivity sCMOS camera, and a NIR-sensitive camera. A motorized XYZ stage allows for automated image acquisition, and an Eppendorf micromanipulation system allows for microinjection and cell capture. An environmental chamber allows imaging of live cells under ideal conditions.
